About Us
We have been operating from Stirling on a casual basis for some time now - mostly for friends and neighbours and have only recently decided to operate as a small business. We pride ourselves on our personal and flexible service to suit your situation and needs.

We also have over 25 years of experience with cats and other smaller animals and currently have 2 cats of our own - both rescued.

Rates and services offered
Cats are by nature solitary creatures and extremely territorial. With this in mind, the cattery, although offering an excellent, secure service, isn't always the most enjoyable experience for a cat. During holiday times, many cats would prefer to remain in the confines of their own home whilst you are away and not be placed in a strange environment with little or no solitude and definitely no opportunity to claim territory. The service offered therefore is as follows: 2 visits per day at a rate of: Immediate Stirling area: - £8/visit, Bridge of Allan/Cornton/Bannockburn - £9/visit, Dunblane - £10/visit. These varying rates are purely to cover additional mileage/petrol expenses. Each visit would be in the region of 15 minutes to feed, water, clean litter trays and check the general welfare of the animal. Should you have any other animals, eg, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters etc, we are also happy to give them the same care package at no extra cost. An example of the basic package would assume no more than 2 cats and 3 smaller animals. Any larger number of animals could incur an extra cost, however, this would depend on the actual number and would be considered and agreed at the time of initial discussion. Note: We are not insured to care for reptiles so only small and furry/feathery animals please. We are also happy to open/close curtains & put wheelie bins out during your absence. This obviously helps with the illusion that the house is not vacant and will help with security. We have a brief service contract that must be signed by both parties prior to any service commencing.

Since getting a new job and having to travel a bit with work, Gail has made quick trips away so easy. It's great not having to do multiple journeys to the cattery and my cats are much happier staying at home. July 2020 We left Gail with our house & 2 cats for 10 days and all was perfect on our return. The cats were very happy and had been well fed & loved and even our plants looked healthier than when we had left them! August 2020. We recently moved to Stirling and found Gail's cat sitting services via a Google search. Gail recently looked after our cat and she was absolutely brilliant! Our cat Ylva is very shy with other people and Gail was so patient with her and made her feel as comfortable as possible. While we were away she took out the bins, closed curtains and blinds and brought in parcels that had been abandoned at the door! She sent us just the right amount of updates/pictures of Ylva while we were away. We felt completely relaxed leaving Ylva with Gail and it was reassuring and appreciated that Gail went the extra mile and made sure our house was ok too. Gail is very friendly and easy to talk to. October 2020 I found Gail by chance and what a find! It took the stress out of going away completely. I have an elderly cat (who likes the quiet life now) and a younger one ( who is crazy!) so I felt it was a little stressful for my older one in a cattery now. Being able to leave them in their own house, coming and going as they please was great and not to mention no stress of drop offs or pick ups! June 2021. I have been using Gail to look after our elderly cat when we are away for a couple of years now and can't recommend her highly enough. Our cat is so much happier being in his own home and getting daily attention from Gail. She is happy to give him medication when needed and will always check with us if she has any concerns.
